I found the shampoo to later welland feel very moisturizing.I felt as if it cleaned my hair well.I found the smell of the shampoo alright.I found that step 2 worked at repairingmy hair which gets dyed every 4 weeks.My hair is dry, and it is brittle. I found thisto strengthen my hair and make it feellike it is not going to just break off. I likeit gave it some much needed protein.It does not smell too good to me. And that isnormal for this type of repair system.Now directions on the bottle read leavefor 10 minutes, rinse and let the dry completely.Directions on the seller's page read, leave to act 10and rinse. I am a little confused on directions.Do you let step 2 dry completely after rinsingand then do step 3?Directions on the page say go to step 3 after rinsing.I rinsed after 10 minutes and did NOT waitfor it to dry.I found step 3 to give my hair more shineand also moisture back from the dyingprocess that it just went through. I feelas if it has made my hair stronger and willhelp with the everyday blow drying andstyling of my hair. Directions on the sellerspage read (short version) After using step 1and 2, remove the moisture from hair witha towel and apply step 3 and leave on 15minutes and rinse thoroughly. The directionson the bottle are NOT in English anywhere forstep 3 so if I did not read the sellers page Iwould not know how to use this product.I like the products are low ph with thelast one being 5.0 on the ph scale. The phof hair dye is between 9.0 and 11.0. A highph. The use of this 3 step process afterdying brings my hair back into the normalrange for hair which is 3.6 to 5.5. This Itruly like. I like the products make my hairsofter and more resilient. I followed all thedirections, as well as I could figure out andI left the products on for the allottedtime periods. It did not strip my color orchange it in anyway. It just left me with conditionedshiny hair.Also another thing I did not like was my pump wasbroken on one and one pump was open and spilledthe contents all over the bag. For this reason andno English instructions on step 3 I give a 4. I think it’sto pricey for this to happen.
