AmTech 300 Professional Strength Wood Boiler Treatment contains Two Levels of Protection, a blend of Nitrates and Silicates. It is safe and compatible with most products produced by other wood boiler manufacturers. AmTech300 has all the same properties as its competitors but at a much lower cost. AmTech 300 can be combined with other manufacturer’s products to increase Nitrite levels to meet needed boiler manufacturers' requirements with equal performance and protection. Safe to use with: Pex piping, Copper piping, Brass piping, Mild Steel piping, Stainless Steel piping, Boiler Plate, Cast Iron piping, Black Malleable fittings & pipe, Titanium and Cupro-Nickel. Our AmTech300 Boiler Treatment will: Protect your wood boiler from rust, corrosion, and scale Balance pH and Alkalinity Meet or exceed all boiler manufacturer nitrite warranty requirements. Don't pay a premium just for a brand name - one gallon of AmTech 300 Boiler Treatment will treat 300 gallons of fill water and maintain a 1000ppm nitrite level. However, like any other boiler treatment chemical, you must dose your treatment based on the needs of your system. Instructions: One gallon will treat 300 gallons of system fill water. AmTech300 should be added to maintain a minimum of 500-1800 ppm tested Nitrite for proper corrosion protection, OR Follow boiler manufactures nitrite level recommendations. If your system requires frequent water additions during the course of the season, we recommend the ProTech300 product for enhanced protection. Recommended to test system nitrite levels at least annually or after measurable water loss to ensure proper protection.
