Seller was quick to answer questions (additional replacement shields / visors, additional cheek pad purchase options).HJC helmets (to me) always run a little smaller than advertised so always have ordered one size larger than other manufacturers.Shipping (once placed order) was not the fastest but assembling the BT SENA into the helmet & testing was worth an extra day of waiting.
