1- I don't like helmets. 2- I really don't like helmets. I have never lived in a helmet law state, in large part because I hate wearing a helmet. That being said, I now have my home in North Carolina, a helmet law state. I needed to ride from there to Connecticut,and had to wear a helmet most of the way. Without a doubt, this is the best helmet I've ever used. Comfortable at low and high speed. The vents work well, the shades are effective and the bluetooth made using the GPS simple. I got a lot of compliments on it whenever I stopped on my 800 mile trip. A picture in the instructions showing the location of the charging port would have been nice. (It's under the pads at the base of the neck)Update 2/17/16 I keep seeing reviews with "Too small" as a con. A good helmet should feel snug, so as not to flop around on your head if you go down thereby causing more of an injury. If you're not sure, go to a dealer and get sized.I dropped this helmet from 2 feet (Out of my hand while slightly crouched) - Visor popped right out and pinlock springs flung out of the right side pinlock system. So I had to use one of the 2 springs from the left just to be able to use the helmet. Bluetooth is very quiet, I prefer headphones over them. Inner helmet linings are held in place by flimsy plastic holders which is irritating. There are no additional visor variations or replacement parts available for purchase as of this review date. 5/16/16Some good qualities of this helmet is that it is very stylish, it is ECE rated and the outer shell looks sturdy enough to take a crash (Haven't tested it) and the inner sun visor works very well with the slider key.The headshape it fits is round, as an intermediate oval helmet head shaped person that would have been nice to know before buying.
