I bought this for my wife for Christmas. I had purchased an inexpensive coat that was similar but it was to small. That coat did not come in a larger size so I started looking for something else. I have two North Face coats myself and love them. They have lasted for many years. I decided it was time to upgrade my wife to a real coat. So far I am very happy I did. It is the first time ever she has gone out in sub zero weather and said she was warm. She pulls the collar up and the hood down so there is just her eyes exposed. After a while she had to open it back up because she was to hot. She absolutely loves it. The only down side is the pocket zippers are sort of far back on the sides making them hard to use.
