I have bought these massagers as gifts for my teenage sons who are cross country runners. My son took it to college last year, forgot his charger cord (of course!), and the thing lasted all semester. My husband and I have borrowed them for back massages or just trying to work out knots in muscles. The Theragun mini is simple to use and is very effective. The high setting is crazy strong too. Perfect for traveling! Absolutely worth the money.This works extremely well. Rarely use it on other than first speed as it is powerful. Other family members have bought one since trying ours. Smaller size makes reaching areas of the back difficult if you are solo, but it appears that aftermarket clamps/brackets may be available if needed.I used this brand in my chiropractor's office, so I knew this brand was a good choice and was familiar with it. I decided to get the handheld version for both the affordable price and to be able to take it with me out of the house. Comparing it to the larger size I honestly prefer it. It fits nicely in your hand, is not too heavy, and has 3-speed options. I mostly use just the first one since it works for me. I use this mainly on my legs since I am very active in bartending/serving, hiking, and weight lifting. This really benefits my muscle recovery. The battery life so far lasts for a very long time, I think it may have been months before I had to charge it after getting it in the mail.This is small but powerful. I would say it's worth the money. My husband has gotten the most use out of it, he uses it daily at home, and takes it to work often. It's easy to grip, easy to turn on and off, and easy to switch gears. It only has one attachment. The battery light indicator is a plus to show the battery level. It comes with a case and charger. It also has an app you can download, it is useful for beginners learning how to use the minigun. The gun has 3 speeds and works the muscles very well. You will feel itchy afterward from the vibrations on your skin. Be careful of messaging bony areas on your body- it will hurt. Also, watch your finger placement while holding- they can get pinched while the gun is vibrating. Muscles can feel sore and achy IF you overuse, which is easy to do because it feels so good and relaxing that you just wanna keep it going. I do recommend it. I would purchase again. It would make a great gift.Love using this after a good workout to relieve the pain. I don’t have to charge it often either! With the investmentThis thing is a life saver. When I strained my neck this was one of the few things that helped relieve the stiffness. It has a great battery life, I’ve gone a month without charging it. The different attachments are great, that is the only con is that you have to order the different massage heads separately.Very good on pain relief and pack a punchBe careful on very sensitive area the force can cause you more pain than reliefWe love this thing. Do you have this Theragun for about six months we use a 3 to 4 times per week. Battery life is good. I really recommend that if you want a Thera gun for travel get this one and use it for a while before you order any other there again. We found that this one was adequate for us and we did not need an at home Theragun. highly recommendedI have become an unpaid salesman for this product. Theragun should pay me money for the number of people I show this to and give free demos!! Amazing power and feels so good. Pricy, but you get what you pay for. The premium price, if you can tolerate it, really shows in the product material and the 4th generation model is extremely quite.
