Where to begin? I got the one with the Intercom, LED rear and ORANGE! First the Color choices are incredible, pick one. INTERCOM: Intercom is INCREDIBLE and the Noise Canceling is the BEST I have ever experienced - we are riding OPEN exhaust Harleys and only hear them when we ROLL on the throttle = LOUD! Battery life is great. Line of site range is almost double stated. They have two style mics and positioning wrongly can cause wind noise. i.e. at the bottom edge is a silly placement. Phone links easy and sounds great. Built in FM has excellent reception. HELMET: The liner snaps in and easy to run Icom. The integral shade is just right and I like it a little darker. This model is an improvement for ease of use (I also have HB-89) with snap in Chin wind deflector, nose/breath deflector (keeps down fogging on inside of visor) that snaps in and good fit. Remember if you have a lot of hair size up, not, size right - found this out 30 years ago with my first full face when had to cut hair in summer for roomier fit. The LED is just a bonus. It is not a dynamic LED and only has the choices listed. Bought it for "blinky" in the FOG myself. Also, face snaps up in position and you can run the Shade visor down - this has come in handy in TOWN traffic stop & go, sitting on a Hot Harley Motor!Good helmet comfortable just need better ventilationlove itI love the color. Fits good. The lights on the back are a great safety feature.The large was a good fit for my wife the xl was to big for me had to return. The return process was painless.How does the light work no instructions.I love that the helmet is modular and has the build in visor so that I don’t have to keep swapping it out as the weather changes. There is a lot of wind noise at higher speeds. The whole helmet feels like it is made of cheap plastic that’ll break if you’re not careful. The included headset was a bit annoying to setup and the person on the receiving end of a phone call gets muffled audio. As for the helmet audio, it works pretty good and is nice to be able to listen to music. Turning off the headset is pretty cumbersomeVery nice.Faded quicklyThis helmet arrived on time, was much smaller than described (and yes I followed there sizing guidelines carefully) and not at all "Blue" in color. The color is definitely "Purple". The mechanism to open and close the chin bar feels very weak and cheap, and would not expect it will last long. The lever for the internal sunshade felt as it if would break every time I used it. Additionally the buckle mechanism is of ancient design and cannot be operated with gloves on.I applied to return mine due to the color and size issues (fit) and was denied by the seller. I was told that since it was not broken they would not allow a return. After explaining in detail how this helmet would not work for me I was told I could return it, but I would have to pay shipping. So that would have been $135.00 shipping to return a $129.99 item. Not happening.I filled out an Amazon A-Z claim and was refunded by Amazon. As always I will continue to use Amazon, but will never buy from this seller again. They clearly do not care about customer satisfaction or happiness.Thank you Amazon, Good-Bye Power Gear Motorsports.It came as pictured. But says it's supposed to come with a clear visor. I contacted the seller. They said oops. And are sending me a new clear one no charge . I've been riding for 43 years my last helmet for sport touring was my shoei multitec. Too Pricey, so now I bought this. It's quality is awesome. I love it. Feels great and not just for the price.Te helmet is great but the customer service sucks. they didn't provide a clear visor as promised an add, and declined all my claims for this visor.
