NENKI NK-856 DOT Approved Full Face Motorcycle Helmet with Iridium Red Visor & Inner Sun Shield - High Protection for Street Biking, Racing & Long Rides

I’ll start by saying I was VERY excited to receive this helmet and try it out. As of now I’m rating at 3 stars. I bought the helmet to replace a cheap Walmart helmet. Granted it definitely more comfortable out of the box than that one, I’m a little disappointed by a few things.1. I thought this helmet had a quick release strap for some reason, it does not. It has stand D rings. One of the reasons I was replacing my old helmet was to move toward a quick release rather than D rings.2. This helmet is absolutely huge in size. My other helmet was an XL, I ordered a medium (it fits me fine) in this one and it still has a significantly larger profile than my old one.3. Another big reason I chose this helmet was for the integrated visor. Unfortunately it hits me in the nose when I flip it down making me feel like I probably won’t be using it as often as I originally planned.All of that being said, the helmet has a beautiful finish, it doesn’t feel like cheap painted plastic and seems like it will probably hold up against scratches and minor scuffs.The mirrored visor is a nice touch and the fact that you get a clear visor essentially for free is also nice. The helmet is pretty comfortable on my head although I probably could have actually gotten a small which is unbelievable because I consider myself having a big head. I’ll get some ride time in on it in the next few days, hopefully it’s Pretty quiet and doesn’t move around when I turn my head like my old helmet did, other wise I plan on returning and going with something different.**UPDATEOkay so I took it for a ride and wow it was much more than I initially expected. Very comfortable and much quieter compared to my old helmet. It feels so much nicer on the head than the previous helmet (especially when actually riding) that I only paid 10 dollars less for. I’ll definitely be keeping it and will most likely buy another if I ever need it.Strap is at a weird angle and puts mild pressure on throat. Very little padding on the inside, but overall a great deal for the price. Good construction and extra visor is a plus.I really wanted to like this helmet. I have it a good long try. I am going to talk you out of it and tell you what helmet you should get instead. First things first. You get a clear and a tinted visor, chin curtain, and 2 sizes of cheek pads. Pretty good deal. I noticed one of the side chin vents was stuck. Not a deal breaker because the helmet was comfortable and I liked the way it looked. I later noticed there was almost 0 airflow in this thing. I realized the vents don't get any air into the main cavity of the helmet except the chin vent which was minimal. No channels or anything. I think they just expected to pull air out. It was hot and fogged easily when it was on the cold side. Also this thing is very loud and if you turn your head at all it whistles. Also no accessories easily available like pinlock visors or extra visors or cheek pads. There isn't much room for a bluetooth headset either. Instead of this helmet buy a HJC CS-3R. It is better than half as loud, circulates air twice as good, and has tons of accessories available like pinlock visors. Also has much more room for bluetooth. It is the same price as this helmet.So amazing! Shopping for a moto helmet online without trying on in a store / in person. Probably not smart to begin with. I got burnt big time by the YEMA helmets. Idk how they fit anyone, they are WIDE but short/small the other on the forehead if that makes sense. This NENKI fits PERFECT! Probably better than my dual sport helmet I’ve been wearing for a few years. Snug & fit in all the right places. & I look DOPE in it! (In a good way). Yes the helmet is as awesome as it looks in the pictures, with that slick mirrored visor. Side note it matches my black & yellow moto jacket perfectly too! SCORED big time, can’t believe this is so affordable. If you are usually an XL, order an XL - it seems pretty true to size. My head measures about exactly 24” = XL.There is some wind noise with this helmet above 30mph, thankfully there is room for a bluetooth headset to cover up the wind noise.I purchased more for the colors (to match my bike) and after decent reviews I will give it a shot. I have a Speed & Strength SS1600 that is my favorite helmet so far, and purchased this helmet because I love the double visor/shade option since I don't wear sunglasses underneath in the sun. The only thing I don't care for as much is how wide the chin portion of the helmet is. It is like wearing a pumpkin on your head, where the S&S is more tapered lower toward the chin so you have a more slender appearance with the helmet.Before purchasing this helmet I was a bit skeptical cause I was always told to not spend to little on a helmet. But I did a lot of research about this helmet and decided to try it, and for $100 I think this is the best helmet you can get. It is very lightweight, Comes with 2 visors tinted and clear, and extra set of padding for the helmet. It is very lightweight and comfortable to wear. Definitely recommend NENKI helmets!Ordered the helmet in M when they had it on one of their big sales. It is actually a really nice helmet. Bought it for my sister in law who rides with us on occasion. She loved the way the orange tint looked in the front and that she did not have to wear her sunglasses while wearing the helmet anymore since it had the drop down sun shade. She loves listening to music as well so we even put in a cardo packtalk slim with no issues (if that is something you are curious about i guess), No issues with the speakers pushing against her head so far and we have been on rides for hours on end.I have had trouble in the past trying to get helmets to fit. I took a gamble on this model largely based on very good customer reviews. Not only does the helmet fit snugly but it id it is very comfortable and does not pinch as some inferior brand s are liable to. Happy to recommend.Helmet is lighter than my previous. Size is spot on and it looks amazing and thenwond noise isnthe quietest iv had defently a good buy .... now i must included please cheak the helmet befor you accept it from delivery driver i found it to be slightly damaged and the bag in was slightly damaged .... other than that the product is amazingGood and comfortable fits well vientelatoinAlso good and great at the priceGreat looking helmet only downside is fogs up too easily when visor closed.Good fit qood quality
