I ordered 2 of these for my refurb thinking they would be as described but when they arrived the head rests were a totally different colour and looked odd the stitching was very bad and when notified after a few cross words they refunded me 20 pounds off the bed so I could get the head rests covered, only been using this for 4 weeks they are very poorly made but thought they would last until I could afford new ones again, the bottom foot rest completely snapped off, I sent number pics to the seller and they basic told me to fill in the holes and re drill the hinge back on, I am a single woman I wouldn’t know where to start, I have asked the company to send me new beds and collect these old ones as I have no packaging now and they have flatly refused, not very good customer service and I would not recommend anyone buying from this company, not only am I upset that my client almost fell off the bed but feel totally aggrieved that they offer no alternative for their defective items so now over 200 pounds wasted
