I used this face-to-face seat with my infant since week one home from the hospital, and have used it every day since. The lay flat seat of the Navigator was just too open, and had nothing to make me feel the baby was secure. My baby was 8 lbs 8oz at birth, and this seat was still a bit too roomy, but I put a padded seat insert/liner (Summer Infant brand) with the padded bumper head rest in it and she fit perfect and snug. After a few weeks I just used the head-rest since infants need the head support, but the rest of the liner wasn't necessary since she had gotten a bit bigger. The seat is great, putting the baby facing you and at a good height for you to see and check on them easily, and get them in and out of stroller easily. You have to remove the original seat of the stroller to install the clips for this seat to the frame, But its easy to do. I only wish this seat could remain on the stroller when you are folding it for travel. You must remove it, but it is so easy to install/remove that it really isn't that big of a deal. I can't imagine using the stroller without this seat at this point. My baby is now 2.5 months and I still use it daily. I don't think I would have used the stroller as much so far if I didn't have this seat.Facing baby while she was a newborn was essential for me. At about 2.5 months she got sick of looking at my all day so we switched the the seat the navigator came with. We still use this seat as a chair for her now at 5.5 months. I use it in the yard or living room. It is light weight and easy to move but does have a vary wide base so it can be tricky to set on a table.I'd read some reviews that people's children grew out of it but even at roughly 27 inches my babe fits.I bought this to go with my Phil & Ted's Navigator stroller to use until my baby is old enough to sit in the full stroller seat. It's so easy and quick to attach to the stroller. Straps are adjustable and clip together in the belly pad securely. My baby's been using it since he was born and even though he's now almost 25 inches long at 4 months, there is still plenty of room for him to fit comfortably in the seat, leaving room for him to grow. I was almost going to purchase the carry cot but am glad I chose this one instead. The bonus is that the chair converts to a little lounge chair for baby to use off the stroller!We LOVE this seat- our son's almost 3 months and really enjoys seeing our faces as well as the world around him, so this seat is perfect. It's super easy to install, the harness works well and adjusts easily. The only problem is that it limits the fold up capability of the navigator stroller. Luckily, the seat comes off easily, so I take it apart before folding the stroller.This works great but the straps seem uncomfortable on baby. It's also very small. My daughter is 2 months old and I expect it to last less than a month longer. Great if you use the stroller a lot but I think we could have easily gone without it.we got the seat when our daughter was 2 months old to use with the navigator thinking we would only use it for a couple of months since I like to have her facing us.....She is now 7 months old and still loves it, we will probably use it for as long as she fits on it! and then some more....Limited in use. Only for babies up to 16lbs or so and that will happen within a couple of months.We use this attachment all the time, including a trip to Disney World when our daughter was three months old, and we absolutely love it. People compliment our stroller all the time, and it's great to be able to see our daughter during walks (she's currently five months old). We've also turned this seat around and used it with the doubles kit with the five month old on top and her two year old cousin in the bottom seat. This configuration isn't listed on the website, but it has been sturdy for us.I give it four stars rather than five because it does need one slight modification for comfort. We added a car seat head support - the straps were a little too tall for her at three months, and the head support helped put them into place, along with keeping her head from falling off to either side. With this addition, the stroller is absolutely perfect for us. We walked at least six miles with it over the weekend, and our daughter was happy the whole time.The seat is a little too upright as a chair when the legs are added, but it works out okay when we're traveling.Very useful, baby loves it and the fact that it turns into a chair for indoor use, is marvellous.Grundsätzlich finde ich die Idee hinter dem "face to face"-Aufsatz sehr lobenswert, nämlich dem Baby den Sichtkontakt zu den Eltern noch zu ermöglichen, wenn es aus der Babywanne bereits herausgewachsen ist (was kein Kunststück ist, denn die ist sehr klein) oder wenn es bereits aufrechter positioniert sein möchte.Der Face to Face-Sitz ermöglich eine Sitzposition wie in der Auto-Babyschale und ist sehr einfach aufzuklicken. Extremer Nachteil ist aber die winzige Ausführung. Mein Sohn trägt Kleidergr. 68/74 mit gut 6 Monaten und ist bereits am Limit angekommen, weshalb wir den Sitz zurückgeschickt haben.Etwas enttäuschend auch die Ausführung an sich, das ganz Teil wirkt sehr billig, im Prinzip ist es der Rahmen plus ein einfacher, ungepolsterter hängemattenartiger Stoffeinsatz mit einfachen Nylongurten, die auch nicht gepolstert sind. Die Verwendbarkeit als Babywippe finde ich sinnlos, denn man muss den Sitz jedes Mal umbauen, um ihn als "Wippe" (die nicht wippt und dank der spartanischen Ausführung auch nicht konfortabel ist) nutzen zu können, und mal ehrlich- wer einen Geschwisterwagen fährt, hat zwei Klein(st)kinder, der braucht sein Equipment schnell bei der Hand und hat im Regelfall keine Lust oder Zeit, da lang rumzutun.Fazit: Lieber die paar Dollar Herstellungskosten für die Stangen sparen, auf die "Babywippenfunktion" verzichten und dafür eine größere und konfortablere Ausführung anbieten. Für den regulären Preis von fast 60 Euro auch zu teuer.I would not recommend this seat for a baby at all. It says it is design at 45 deg - but baby seats very upright in the seat - there is no head support at all, and worse thing - when your baby fall asleep his head just hung down as the seat is to upright and you can not adjust the position.Its also made from quite poorly - its just a thin fabric over a metal frame so there is no back support either - baby seat like is a hammock - well at least in a hammock he could lie down...Very disappointed with it and for sure will not be using it for my baby safely.Un hamac bien ordinaire et décevant de la part de cette marque à laquelle je suis fidèle depuis 3 ans ... petit, harnais pas réglable suffisement, pas de multipositions du dossier....destiné pourtant à des tout petits ! Tout compte fait je l'ai renvoyée de suite et ai opté pour l'assise principale de ma poussette (face route donc je ne voit pas mon bébé ): et c'était le but! )Merci à amazon toujours aussi efficace et rapide pour les retours en cas de déceptions sur les produits !A vous de voir mais je le trouve inutile et mal conçu ....
