I first ordered this style dress in the black top with a floral skirt and really liked it. I liked it so much that I immediately ordered the beige one with the fireworks looking skirt.. BUT I didn't like the lighter colored top dress because the darts they sewed on the bust of this dress are SOOO visible. It's almost like that's ALL you see when you look at this dress?☺ the display picture for this dress in it's listing doesn't show the darts at all but they are there. I think it really draws attention to the bust and that's not what I wanted. So I had to send the beige one back but I'm still liking the black dress. It has darts too but since it's black it's not like noticeable that it attracts any attention.Also, I'm 5'3 about 115 lbs and the size small fits comfortably.. Not only is it comfy but it's nice and stretchy which I think you'll like. Overall I'd say these are nice dresses? I hope this review helps yall in some way!☺?I ordered this dress for a Christening and it was perfect. For reference I am 5’4 and fluctuate from 127lbs -130 lbs. i have a slim build but top heavy. I can wear 36C or 36D. I originally got a medium which fit fine except felt lose around my back so I exchanged it for a small and delighted on the fit. I wanted it to be a bit more snug. I love the pockets too. The top part stretches a bit and the skirt part felt flowy, I felt confident and conservative. The dress did not feel cheaply made and actually feels like a good material.I ordered this dressed last minute with my fingers crossed for a “Classic Movie” themed event. I got it the next day and was pleased with the look and quality of the dress. It’s thick enough to not be sheer, but light enough to wear in the Texas heat. Overall it’s cute, and I’ll wear it again. The only thing is that it’s a bit snug in the bust/upper rib cage (where the black meets the polka dot skirt). I got a large even though I usually wear a medium, to be on the safe side, and I’m glad I did!I included two pictures of me wearing the dress straight out of the bag I received this AM, wearing nothing but regular under clothes. No spanks, no girdle, etc. I would LIKE to think when I wear more restrictive underclothing (spanks, girdle, etc.) it would look slightly better.I am 5'2", 190 lbs (and working on it!). Roughly size 14 in most clothes, depending on brands. 36DD bra size, I would say I'm pleasantly plump.What to like about this dress:- the price: I got it for $35 and I still think that's a pretty good price for what you get. It's now (8/1/2022) on sale for $28. I honestly thought about returning it and getting for a lower price but I decided just to get another dress at the sale price instead- the style: it's a flattering cut for almost all body types. It's definitely got that 50-esque hourglass figure going on. I would say if you are an apple shape, this may not be the best dress for you. Obviously, if you're an hourglass or even pear-shaped size 0-8, you are going to knock this dress out of the park.What you should know before you buy:- This is NOT a super well made dress. This will not last you for years to come. It IS, however, a fun one to wear for a season or two, rigorously even, and if you wash it in a bag, I imagine, it'll last you a little longer.- light fabric: and not in a super good way either. The fabric feels... cheaper (I won't say cheap... WALMART is cheap, this is a grade better) and I would just be very careful. If you stain it, I wouldn't be sure you can get the stain out without damaging the fabric.I’m 5’5” and ~180lbs bought XL and it fit perfectly.The features I adored:1) the keyhole detail at the neckline. It makes it so different than regular V neck or boring scoop neck!2) POCKETS!!!!!! Need I say more? They fit my phone without too much fear of it falling out.3) vertical line pattern for those of us that are curvier AND not very tall. In created an illusion of making the wearer “thinner” and “taller”.4) the wearability is great! It’s lightweight, doesn’t trap heat (I heat up like a furnace easily), breathable, skirt swishes/swings side to side nicely (not stiff), and comfortable (not stiff or scratchy)I bought this dress because I have the exact dress in different colors that I picked up at a thrift shop. It’s very flattering and I always get compliments when I wear it. It washes well and doesn’t wrinkle. It’s easy-care and comfy enough for everyday wear. I will probably buy it in a few more patterns. My only complaint is that the tuck that is sewn to accentuate the waist ends right at my breast and could be smoothed out so it doesn’t look like I have pointy nipples. Haha!You can tell that the skirt is digitally printed. It’s not super formal or fancy, and also lays a little bit flat, but it’s fine for day to day wear. I’ve worn it to work multiple times and it has held up nice.I didn't even unzip it I was able to just pull it straight over my head period the material has a little stretch and give. I am just shy of 5 ft 5 and I weigh between 150 and 155 lb. I bought the medium and I feel it is a good fit. This has an almost Empire like waist. So between the waistline and the busier fabric of the skirt I feel it is very flattering for my mid-40s poochie stomach. I'm going to pair this with a pair of shoes that I also got on Amazon that I feel makes this a dressy-casual outfit.Qualité exceptionnelle pour un prix abordable .. prenez la taille habituelle. C’est un de mes meilleurs achats vestimentaires de toute ma vie je crois ?I LOVE this dress. I'm so impressed. I'm 5 feet 7 inches and weigh about 150 lbs and the medium fits perfectly. It's so stretchy and comfortable in the shoulder/chest area, which is a must for me (I HATE tightness around the shoulders.) The waistband sits just above my stomach, so the pudge is completely hidden. The way the waistband sits makes me look thin and even curvy, ha! The quality is great for the price. I just bought another one in a different pattern because whenever I find something I really love I always want two of them. This is a 5-star dress. I plan to wear it with leggings and boots for the fall and on its own for the rest of the summer.The fabric is comfortable, light and stretches. It’s not the most expensive fabric but it’s great for a summer wedding, brunch or night out. It’s not a ball or gala worthy but it’s perfect for the budget and my body. Love this dress! I’m busty (DD) and xl allowed me room to be comfortable. I wore black bike shirt underneath just in case!I liked this dress the minute I put it on. It looks fun and still professional. It's easy to wear and everyone who has seen it has liked it! I added a black 1950's belt to accent the waist a little more. The pockets are very well hidden and a great addition. Def a new go-to dress!This is the 2nd dress I've bought from Y ATH ON and I absolutely love it. I gotta medium and if fit perfectly period of course I don't look as good as the model but it's a very flattering and possibly fat covering dress that I really like.
