These are lightweight and can be pulled off the face and back on. Nothing to harm the ears. The only problem is that the edge curls a little during wear, but that isn't a deal breaker. The pink matches our uniform shirts. May be a "little" warm on the neck for our desert heat, but it's WAY better than having to attach it to your ears.Ok, I am rating it a 4, giving it a benefit of doubt if it does as advertised and doesn't cost much per mask.
