Results lasted for 6 weeks which is not bad, it's very easy to apply even with minimal heat, and even though my hair is not as straight as when I first used it, my styling routine has been cut in half.Compared to Coppola: It doesn't leave my hair pin straight, yet soft and silky. I prefer this because my hair has nice volume still. Coppola will leave it so straight I had to buy a hair curler to add volume. It has a pleasent smell. I have to do it every 3 to 4 months. I wash my hair once or twice a week (dry shampoo helps a lot). My hair is fine and very curly.Cons: It's sticky so that if you put too much of it your scalp will be sore from all the pulling but I had no other problem (hairloss or dandruff). I use a color brush to ally the product and then run a thin comb thru to rid of excess and improve product distribution.Before using this treatment i had to check the weather online before going to an event so that i could go the salon and get it flat-ironed to avoid the fricky frizz of a humid night in Houston. I dont anymore, takes me 10 minutes to blow dry my hair and ot looks great all night long.I was paying $ 350 per treatment at the salon every 4 months, so far I have done 3 treatments out of 1 bottle, should be enough for 2 more at least.I purchased this as an alternative to relaxing my hair. To get the best of both worlds, natural curls that straightened easy. I wanted a formaldehyde free product. This does not contain formaldehyde (likely a carcinogen), but it’s straightening agent “Glyoxyloyl Carbocysteine” can let off formaldehyde when exposed to high temperatures needed by the flat ironing step. Worse still, it contains another chemical called “hydrobromic acid”. A google search left me HORRIFIED that this chemical has been in contact with my hair and skin. My hair never went back to its former state completely, and I suspect this corrosive chemical to be the reason. And it lets off a sulfury stench every time you wash your hair while this product still clings to it, that can’t be good?* Product Ingredients are described differently in 3 locations: Amazon has one formulation, their actual website has another, and the actual bottle has yet another combination of ingredients. Just stay away!Wow!!! This stuff is amazing! Salon quality without the harsh chemicals/smell! If you are complaining about this item you must have done it wrong!I followed the directions on the instruction sheet. Also, a good tip is to make sure you wash the product out with a sulfate,paraben, and sodium free shampoo and conditioner!!A good affordable one line is the ion keratin from Sally’s beauty !I am biracial and my hair is very hard to manage but this stuff is a miracle !!! I will be purchasing again.I got the same exact result as when I got a Brazilian blowout but this makes your hair straight/wavy instead of leaving it curly.The product has left an odor in my hair like urine that I can’t wash out. It also made my colored brown hair a brassy auburn and highlights a brassy gold. On the plus side it did do what it claims and that is make my hair frizz free. However, I would not recommend it solely based on the odor left behind and I cant say go for it if you pay good money getting your hair colored.Review update: 3 weeks later my hair reeks just as badly. After seeing my stylist she has recommended apple cider vinegar rinses and dawn dish soap to no avail. It is very bothersome. Also, we have colored my hair twice and toned it and the red/copper tones come right back through. Beware.Amazing product!! I have 3c/4a hair type and this product was able to keep my unruly hair soft, shiny, and manageable. I did experience some slight itch while applying this product but it went away within a few minutes. I will be purchasing this product again because I truly believe it works and I shave much better results compared to other Keratin treatments I’ve done. Not to mention it does not have any strong odors.So happy to have found this product !!I have very tight curls, very VERY frizzy unruly hair. (I also live in a very humid place)after I got this done, I was so ecstatic to see the results of my hair !!!90% straight, VERY SHINY, VERY SOFT, frizz is 100% gone !!!the product has NO HARSH SMELL when I was getting it done(because it has no formaldehyde), unlike the relaxers, I used to wear a face mask when getting it done.until now I got this keratin done on my hair 5 times, and I absolutely love it !!!it did not make my hair fall, nor did it make my hair dull pin straight.it gave me natural waves.I absolutely recommend this to everyone !!If this didn’t work for you.. you didn’t do it right. I have very curly hair. I left it in for 50 minutes. You need to cover it. You need to comb through it and dry and flat iron it a couple of times. If have a 450 degree flat iron I used. If you don’t do what it says you are going to have waste your money. So if you posted a bad review you didn’t do it right because it works!!!!This treatment is amazing.
