Unfortunately the product info listed on this page does not list a very important spec. Namely the max door thickness supported is 1 3/8 inches. Would be helpful to know after building a custom door (that includes over 50 pieces milled to 1.5 inches thick).Publishing the distance between the center point of the rail from the mounting surface (wall) would also be helpful in choosing the right product.Furthermore, the included instructions indicate that the mounting method presented in the product images on this page are "not recommended." Per the instructions "To obtain the maximum weight capacity, all rail mounting fasteners must be mounted directly into solid wood. Do NOT install directly onto a drywall surface."Aside from this, the quality of the hardware looks good. This hardware is reasonably inexpensive so I wasn't expecting too much. It really does look good. There are some areas that have a poor finish, but these are all on the insides of the milled out slots in the wheel assembly... nothing on the external faces.
