NF by far very best line in my opinion. Needed replace NF all-proof jacket that ran smaller by full size if not more. If I had planned layers would have ordered xlarge.I live in New England, where it is very windy lately. This keeps me warm from the wind although I must caution, it is simply a shell. There is no liner to this product. This coat with a thin fleece or fabric liner would've been perfect. I do often need to wear a sweater underneath no biggie. I'm used to dressing in layers!I live in California, where it’s never really cold and only chilly at the worst. And I was freezing!However, I got this for the brand name and cuteness lol, so that didn’t really matter to me. But please keep that in mind if you’re looking for something warm.The weight of the jacket is very light -- protects from rain and wind, but not for cold.Fit as expected and light weight. So far I’ve worn this jacket in the Seattle Fall rain. I have worn this on slightly longer runs of about 4 miles. I get a little warm mid run and just unzipped the armpit vents and I was back to a great temperature. Great for rainy days and it’s also just a cute jacket to put on and walk the dog in.I ordered the Medium In pink. I’m 5’4” 135. Could have gown with small but I like having room for layersSo I had put this on my wish list my boyfriend told me to make for my Birthday! He chose this one and when I put it on it fit amazing. I can make the waist to a fit I want and the hood is nice and snug and covers my head. The zippers under the arms work amazing, when you start to get overheated the zippers creat a breeze to help keep you cool and still dry.
