This is a STURDY bag. Its materials are very thick, and I recommend it to others who might wish to travel by car but not by plane. I have used the bag for two months now and am very happy with my purchase.- Sturdiness (5/5): This is a rugged bag. All of the walls of the bag are thick and I don't see it breaking easily. I just transported about 50 pounds of items in it with ease.- Weight (3/5): Because it is so sturdy, this is a heavy bag. It's hard to find duffels that are both sturdy and light.- Comfort (5/5): The bag is very easy to carry, and it also converts into a backpack.- Ease of Use (4/5): It isn't that hard to use a bag, but the conversion to a backpack took me some time to figure out. The instructions were not clear to me.- Space (5/5): This is a very spacious bag. It's too large to be a carry-on item for travel, so you might want to take that into account.- Overall (4.5/5): The bag is sturdy, heavy, and comfortable. It might be too heavy for some, and because it is so spacious you will have trouble bringing it onto a plane. It's perfect for my use, however, in which I transport items around work and by car.Note that North Face also has a lifetime warranty on all of their products. I've used it on other items before, and they are great to work with in my experience.
