This item was purchased by my husband, who is writing this review.This is hands-down the best helmet I have ever owned. It is lightweight, sturdy, and very comfortable.The sizing chart is accurate. I am 6’1” tall, weigh 206 lbs., and wear an XL size everything. I measured my head circumference and it is right at 61cm. The XL size helmet is a perfect fit.It was almost too snug-fitting when I first put it on and the visor seemed a bit on the short side, too. However, after wearing it for a few days and maybe six to eight hours in total riding time, the soft, plush interior has molded itself very well to my head and it sits a bit lower, bringing the visor down to exactly where it needed to be.I ride a Honda Metropolitan scooter and the Urban Creme color is nearly a perfect match to my Pearl Soft Beige bike. I have already had a number of complements about it and even ended up telling someone else what brand it is and where to purchase one of their own.This is definitely more of a scooter helmet than a full-sized motorcycle helmet, though. I frequently ride to the nearest city, which is about 15 miles away and the wind under the visor is not an issue for me, even at 40 MPH with no other eye protection being worn. In rain, windy or dusty conditions, or at higher speeds, some goggles or sunglasses would likely be necessary.The visor is very clear and easy to see through. It does not fog up when sitting still, including when the humidity is high and the heat index outside is around 100F. The visor pivots smoothly at two points on the sides of the helmet and is easy to put up and down with a single gloved hand. These pivot points are easily adjusted to be looser or tighter using a small hex key or Allen wrench. I have read that other reviews noted that the visor becomes looser over time and won’t stay up, but it can easily be tightened with one of these tools described above. Soxon also sells replacement visors for this helmet (also known as a Soxon SP-325) in both clear and dark colors if new ones are ever needed.It’s a great helmet. I am very happy with it and if you ride a scooter, moped, or other small motorcycle, I think you will be, too.
