This product certainly works magic for me but your mileage may vary. That said, if you are bothered by ear ringings (tinnitus) and have tried other method to no avail, you might want to give it a try, say starting with a bottle of smaller size.My ear ringings set off a few year ago and at first, I thought maybe it was caused by lack of sleeping etc. But it just did not go way and even my doctor did not have an explanation and she could only suggest I had some audiologist test it. The audiologist suggested hearing aids after the testing.I tried some other method such as Chinese medicines but it did not work. When the ringing was severe, it literally sounded like I was sitting near a sea cliff to hear the inclement waves brushed over the rocks. Even when it subdued, it sounded like there was some high pitch noise going forever close to my ears.I came across this about three years ago and it gave me some relief. But I stopped using it and the ringings came back again. During the period, I certainly looked for other methods but did not find any good alternatives. You know, this product is on the expensive side.At the beginning of this year, I started using it again. It’s nice now the ringing most likely sounds like some crickets chirping in my backyard. In addition, I found I could hear people talking much better and I didn’t need to turn on volume of my car audio or my phone to the largest so others may feel it’s strident. I started to use some audio amplifying earphones while not using this product for some time and now I didn’t need them.A few tips for using it effectively: following the instruction and taking 2 pills, three times a day and then reduced to one pill after the symptom subdues; trying to not skip during the day as it certainly felt worse while skipping taking it.It IS expensive but it’s worthwhile if it works, you know.BTW, I also learnt about vitamin B-6 in the comment section while watching some informercial online for “cure” of tinnitus (of course it’s all snake oil such as a herb from Everest LOL). I found B-6 works to some degree and now I am taking it with this product. It works great together. B-6 works alone somehow but not as effective as this product and it’s on sale all the time on Amazon.Helped with many eres attacksI'm 40 years old and recently got tinnitus after an ear infection. I tried this product and it reduced the tinnitus volume by about 50% or so. It's difficult to be sure. It's possible the improvement is due to the placebo effect or its possible I'm just more used to it by now and I'm tuning it out. At the end of the day it doesn't matter because there's improvement. It took about a month and a half before I noticed any changes.I'm giving it 4 stars instead of 5 because this product is extremely expensive for what's actually in it. It's just a bunch of regulars vitamins as far as I can tell. The bottom line is, if you have tinnitus, its worth trying this product. Was recommended by an ENT, if you go by the instructions in the beginning, you only need one pill per day. Been using it for many years. If I go off it, the ringing comes backI started using this product on the recommendation of my ENT doctor based on a diagnosis of non-specific moderate tinnitus with very mild hearing loss in one ear. Fortunately, I was given enough samples to take for the entire 60-day period. I took the three doses of 2 tablets at the same time each day. I noticed that the level of the ringing decreased by about 45% and I had fewer spikes of noise. I then stopped completely for about two weeks and the level of noise increased to the original level. So I purchased on Amazon and repeated the 60-day start up regimen and am now taking one tablet three times daily. It’s helped me; I expect taking this supplement will be a lifelong commitment. Using a sound machine at night to sleep and trying to reduce my stress levels (which during a pandemic is a challenging) has also helped.I've had incredible results with this product, but this stuff takes time. Some of my observations in my restoration journey are below..The key to this restoration journey is, START WEARING EARPLUGS!!! Around loud noise, wear earplugs, around mild noise, wear earplugs. I even go as far as wearing them while I sleep, reducing the sound to my ears as much as possible to give them the biggest break they can to continue recovery.I noticed how things sounded as I wore my earplugs at work especially. At first sounds were very muffled and echoes off walls turned into white noise static as they hit my eardrums. After a few months I now hear echoes again perfectly even with the earplugs in, sounds became less muffled sounding over time and while not completely gone, my ringing and loud white noise has decreased dramatically.I'm not done. I'm going to continue this longer. The biggest tip I have is do not rely on the medication alone. You must start protecting your hearing. Earplugs will help you notice how truly bad your hearing loss is, and help you notice the true improvements over time on the smaller sound frequencies you hear.In my experience, both wearing earplugs and not, loud sounds would cause more white noise/static over it while hitting my eardrums, then during recovery this lessened, and now louder sounds just override the tinnitus all together.Good luck!! My tinnitus has became much less of a hassle after months of earplugs, then combining earplugs with this product is what sent it over the moon!I think the ringing has slightly lessened. It used to be intolerable. I went about 90 days and felt little improvement. So I stopped. The ringing then seemed much worse during that time I quit taking this. So I started it up again and really stuck to it. Perhaps it's just a wishful placebo effect. Perhaps it's actually helping. Unmeasurable results make it hard to tell. I have been through a full bottle of 500 over about the last 6 months. I just ordered a second bottle to continue. My wife urged me to spring for another bottle reminding me that I haven't complained about the ringing in months. But it's definitely still there. They are helping with the noise level of tinnitus which is all they claim to do. I would give them 4 starts on meeting that goal.
